I realize the product I have ordered from Dallas Tactical Supplies can be dangerous. I agree to and accept these conditions before I make my purchase from Dallas Tactical Supplies.

1. I am over the age of 21 years old.

I am not prohibited from legally purchasing/possessing any of the following products that may be in my cart: Ammunition, Black powder guns, air guns, replica guns, airsoft guns or blowguns Knives or bayonets Lock-picking equipment, pepper spray, brass knuckles, slaps, stun guns, or gloves with steel-shot knuckles or anything else that is prohibited by Law. 3. I understand that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammo and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead.

4. We will not ship products to locations with legal restrictions on their ownership or possession.

5. Ammo cannot be shipped to Alaska; Hawaii; Massachusetts; New Jersey, New York City; Washington D.C.; Cook County, Illinois; Sacramento CA or APO/FPO addresses. When purchasing Ammunition you must agree that you are over 21 years of age before the date of your order and understand ALL of your laws regarding your purchase.

6. Six states ban large capacity ammunition magazines to one degree or another: California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York. You are required to know your Federal, State & Local laws.
   
   CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: . No High Capacity magazine sales over 10 rds. No sales of Ammunition delivered to Los Angeles, all of Orange County or San Francisco. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
   
   ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: IL Consumers including C&R licensees must fax a copy of their "FOID" Card Before ordering ammunition. No Ammunition or Firearms sales to Chicago including Cooke County. An Illinois FOID card must be on file for C&R Licensees to purchase C&R firearms. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
   
   MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: No sales of ammunition or High Capacity magazines to anyone. FFL Dealers may purchase handguns that are on the MA approved for sale list. No sales of rifles which accept high capacity magazines. A copy of your FID class A or B license is required for a C&R license holder to purchase a C&R firearm.
   
   MARYLAND CUSTOMERS: . No High Capacity Magazine Sales exceeding 20 rounds. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
   
   NEW JERSEY No High Capacity Magazine Sales over 15 rounds. No Ammunition Sales to Consumer Residents of NJ as State Law Insists that ID be Presented in Person. No sales of firearms which accept hi-capacity magazines. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. NEW YORK No Ammunition Sales to NY City. Check for other Local & State laws before ordering.
   
   WASHINGTON DC: No Sales of any products.
   
   CONNECTICUT: Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. Washington State: No sales of machine gun parts or parts kits. _____ Hi-Capacity Magazine Policy:

When you purchase ANYTHING from Dallas Tactical Supplies you agree to accept all risks related to/and or related to your ownership and use of the merchandise and agree to hold Dallas Tactical Supplies HARMLESS from any and all claims brought by any person or entity related from/to and/or arising from your ownership of any merchandise purchased from Dallas Tactical Supplies.
